Convert a regular ticket to a Master Ticket

Post by mrq »

Hi,
Is there a way to convert a regular ticket into a Master ticket?

I've had a situation arise where a single item ticket has developed into a bigger "project" where sub tickets would be beneficial and I'd rather not recreate it as a master ticket.

Any suggestions.

Thanks

mrq.

Will "Split" work for your case?
