One of the users is unable to login, rather he logs in but gets a "page cannot be displayed". I cleared all the session IDs but stil the issue remains. Everybody else logs in fine.
What can i do to eliminate this issue? I have OTRS 2.4.7

Is it a customer or an agent? Is the problem still present when the user tries to log in from a different location or when you tryp to use his credentials on your pc?brunski wrote:One of the users is unable to login, rather he logs in but gets a "page cannot be displayed". is an agent (one of the admins) and it doesn't matter what computer he tries to login from. Seems that the issue is with his account.
