How to change ticket state when adding note

I found solution for old version otrs:

It does not work for latest stable otrs (2.4.7) with itsm(2.0.3) installed. How can I change ticket state when adding note (especially it needed for reopening closed tickets in agent interface)

Sysconfig -> Ticket:
Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewNote

Set the Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketNote###State: to YES
Define the possible states in: Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketNote###StateType:

Peter
