I want this future to see outdated tickets (tickets with expired deadline) in statistics.
Customers and agents should be able to set deadline date for tickets.
May be somebody already realised similar functionality in otrs?

I'm looking at "Due date". Is it possible to send notification when "due date" expired?

I guess you could use one of the ticket freetime fields to store the date and some kind of generic agent to call the function. Nothing that's out of the box though, I guess you'd need to get some programming done.
