Hi everybody!
I have done several modifications to have otrs layout the way I like.
I've done the update from 2.4.7 to 2.4.9 on my development server (on Debian, just copied the source to /opt/otrs), then dumped the old Kernel/Output/HTML to the new one, then imported my config file.
It seems to be working, but I don't know if that's the best way to preserve my changes.
¿Any better idea?
¿Am I doing completely worng?
I suspect there's an easier way...
Thanks in advance.

Thank you!
Re: Updating to 2.4.9
I did this,
- Taken a backup of the current otrs setup using the backup.pl script
- Using rpm -U upgraded the otrs version 2.4.9
- used the restore.pl file to restore the configurations and db
