I hope someone will be able to help me with this issue.
I have a problem with the AutoComplete function. Once the ticket has arrived by e-mail and shows as a New Ticket, I try to go in and change the CustomerID. The problem is that when I do that, the CustomerID is not a drop down field, nor it's AutoComplete field.
I have enabled the 'CustomerCompanySupport => 1,' in the Defaults.pm but it works only when I Add Customer - this function gives me a drop-down CustomerID.
When I go into the ticket from Dashboard - I have to type in the whole Customer ID.
Do you know whether it's possible to force OTRS to use AutoComplete or Drop-Down inside the ticket.

thats not implemented. And never change the Default.pm file
