Hi all,
We are using the OTRS v.3.2 and after following all the steps in the admin manual I have configured the time related functions. Everything works fine for several months (we have upgraded to v.3.2 recently), but we were never able to issue a report showing the real business work time. I mean, if I open a ticket on Friday 5pm and get it resolved on Monday 10am, I expect the business work time should be 2 hours only. But in the report, I never get a similar number. What else exactly do I need to configure (remember, the time related functions seem to be fine) to get, in my report, a column that reads "business work time" (or something alike) showing the real business time?
