I cannot translate this question into something to answer. Probably the answer is "yes".MarcoPBC wrote: is possible to put the otrs fetching automaticly the emails from the accounts that I have define there?
Dispatch by ...
email address (email address attached to queue)
queue (one fixed queue per account)

Re: PostMaster Mail Accounts
Hi,
Sorry my bad... On OTRS in "Administration"->"email definition"->"PostMaster Mail Accounts" I add there an email account from where OTRS can fetch emails from.
How can I define OTRS to fetch the emails from that account automatic in periods of 10 minutes, because at the moment to fetch the emails we have to do it by clicking on "download emails".
Can you advise me

Re: PostMaster Mail Accounts
Hi,
its seems that it is not fetching the emails automatic.
There is some log error if is not doing it automatic from 10 to 10 minutes?
Because fetching manually by clicking on "download emails" it works perfectly.
Can someone give me a tip...

Re: PostMaster Mail Accounts
Thanks crythias.
I'm know with the same error that you previous had that is:
failed to start 'C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe':
I look in cronService.pl and in my $defaultShell I put this path "C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe"; but the error remains.
Can you advise me.
