Running OTRS in HTTPS

Post by Fleischen »

Hi,

we are currently running OTRS 3.2.1 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux. I har google and searched the forum but I can't find any guide on how-to to enable HTTPS with OTRS instead of HTTP. Can you please point me in the right direction.

Thank you

the one (and only) thing to change in OTRS itself is to change Core->httpType in sysconfig
all the rest is on your webserver
Produktiv:
OTRS 6.0.13/ ITSM 6.0.13
OS: SUSE Linux (SLES 12, Leap), MySql 5.5.x, 5.6.x
Windows 2012 AD Integration (agents and customers), Nagios integration (incidents, CMDB), Survey, TimeAccounting
