I have created a dropdown dynamic field and added it in the Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###DynamicField
But this doesnt show up when customer creates a new ticket.
But if we add it in the agent Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketPhone###DynamicField it shows up without any issues.
anybody have tried this?

Did you enable it in the Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessag in sysconfig?
