Inclusion of the dynamic field in report

Hi Guys,
Some dynamic fields were created in the close screen of the ticket,
I am not able to link these fields to create stats ?
Any idea?

You might need to enable the particular fields in sysconfig, whether they're ticket or article ... watch for that.

The fields are enabled, only available for selection does not appear in the report. I fill out at the time of waxing ticket.

I am having the same problem with OTRS 3.2.8.

I have the DynamicFields enabled, I can see them when adding a note and can even search tickets, but when it comes to generating stats, the attributes list in X-axis does display my dynamic fields. Any ideas?

Hello, make sure the dynamic field was created targeting the "Ticket" object.

That's exactly how I created it. Anything else I need to be looking for?

On a test Lab on version OTRS 4.7, it's working fine. But upgrading right is not a quick win, so many red tapes at the moment.

Only on version OTRS 4.7 it's working?

Yes, Only OTRS 4.7 I can see the dynamic fields in my report. I really don't know what section of the config to tweak!
