Hi!
I'm having a really annoying problem since I updated my OTRS from 3.4 to 4.0.3: some of the "pending reminder" tickets that were actually closed keep sending emails to the agents every 24 hours.
This wasn't happening before the update, so it's really weird.
I tried locking and unlocking them.
I changed the owner of the ticket, but it keeps sending the notification to the old owners.
Did anyone had this problem and solved it?

Nevermind, it was the test server, which was still up with an outdated database where those tickets were open( ó_ò)

check if another system with the same dataset (test system, old system) is running somewhere
