OTRS Appliance upgrade

Hi guys,
I've finally migrated my windows otrs to linux appliance 3.3.5 but now i'm facing an issue during the appliance upgrade
I click on upgrade on the web administration console but the system hangs and nothing happens (just a popup running saying upgrade)
I've tried several times and for long times (hours) but i've been unable to upgrade
Have u any suggest for me? Maybe i've wrong anything during the migration
I do not even see anything in the log......

PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I would start by making sure your DNS is resolving correctly.

Also there are a number of utilities available in /var/otrs/bin that might help like otrs.CheckModules.pl

Dns is working perfectly (i've been able to download manually the update)
The only not working things are the update and upgrade from the web interface (appliance section)
Is there a dedicated log?
