Ldap configuration - error

I am installing the Ldap for the OTRs log in through the AD users, but it asks me this error.

Someone to help me

CustomerUser: No auth record in 'customer_user' for 'xxxxxxx' (REMOTE_ADDR: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)

What does your config look like?
OTRS 3.3.x (private/testing) on Windows Server 2008 with MSSQL database.
OTRS 3.3.x (private/testing) on CentOS with MySQL database and apache
