Hi All,
Have defined SLA for a que, below is my SLA configured
First Response Time: 120 minutes Update Time: 480 minutes Solution Time: 3000 minutes
Issue facing:- My ticket is getting auto closed when their is no update on the ticket SLA
Is the above scenario can be consider for auto closing.

Can some one provide any input, as ticket are auto closing, their is no Generic Agent running.
