Hi,
I was trying to fully disable the Search Menu item in the Agent interface if the user is not in the admin group.
I've tried to edit the SysConfig Settings in Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration
Frontend::Module###AgentTicketSearch
Either to setting the NavBar Group ro: to admin or even to fully disabling this module registration does not work, the Menu item is still there for every user.
How could I show this search item menu to specific group admin and remove it to other agente groups?

Did you try setting group = admin instead of group ro = admin ?

Yes, I've tried either group = admin, group ro = admin individually and both settings at same time.
But the search Menu Toolbar is still there.
I'm using the 3.0.22 version.
