Hello Guys,
I am having an issue with tickets created having no customer-id in it. It simply shows blank. I am not sure what I am missing or where to check the config since I am new to this. Could someone guide me please.
No Customer id in the ticket.

Hey pradeepspa,
if you want to have the senders email as the CustomerID, you have to enable this setting:
PostMaster::NewTicket::AutoAssignCustomerIDForUnknownCustomers
