Hello, Everyone.
OTRS has default ticket view that "Queue view" , "Service view", "Status view" and "Escalation view".That's fine.
I'd like to add "Type view" in every agent interface, that can quickly access from Top(agent interface) > Tickets > "Type view".
In "Type view", I want to show sub menu like "Problem", "Incident","ServiceRequest",,, and more(per type).
Does OTRS have a way of adding any custom view?
Is it possible to add "Type view"?
