I noticed the possibility to create a custom field in Customer Company screen, available in OTRS 6.
It is required for our business and I created it in the proper Configuration screen.
The guide then said that as second step Is needed to:
That is where I get lost.Please note that dynamic fields for customer users and companies need to be configured accordingly in the CustomerUser and CustomerCompany mapping, usually to find in Kernel/Config.pm of your OTRS installation. Examples for configuring them can be found in Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm.
I located the defaults.pm and the config.pm files, (I received the suggestion from OTRS support that is better to change the second one) but unfortunately I have no Idea where and what to write to make my dynamic field available in customer Company screen.
Can Anyone help me?
I'm sure this will help many other system administrator, not used with perl and coding.

This string? how will this be linked to the CUstomer Company Screen?
