sync ldap/db and use db if ldap not work

Hello,

I configured ldap authentication for both agents and customers and works correctly.
I have also configured the ldap -> DB synchronization for agents.

I tried to close the connection to ldap and log into otrs with an agent (using his ldap credentials, since the user was synchronized at the first access and present in the table "users" with correctly valued login and pw) but i receive the error "Incorrect username / password".

If the ldap connection does not work, can I authenticate the agents synchronized by ldap and then present in the users table on the db, bypassing ldap not working? Or is it essential that the ldap connection is active so that an agent (even if already synchronized in the db) is able to access?
