Just wondering how you all are using the CMDB CI Location.
I have entries for main office and IT facilities but I have equipment installed in customer premises as well.
Do you have records for all your customers under Location CI and then linked to the device / service?

We used a field linked to customers and just select the customer.
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS
