Hello,
We are thinking how to create tickets for external users having Service field as mandatory.
It seems that the Service field is unavaiable when the customer user provided is not in the DA.
Is any possibility to solve that? Or that limitation is due to any specific reason.
For example, if we send an email to OTRS, it will create a ticket for that external email (without Service though), so we are thinking about that possibility to do the same to support external user questions.
Any idea?

1. Check Ticket::Service::Default::UnknownCustomer
2. Make sure default service is activated
