OTRS 6.0.30 - CENTOS 8 - Notification dont Send

Hi guys , i have installed the OTRS 6.0.30 on my CENTOS 8 .

the Pop3 its okay , i 'm fetching the emails every 5 minutes ( the email of pop3 its : smileface@xxx.com )

my SMTPTLS its Okay , because i could send a answer ( the email of SMTPTLS it's : smileface@xxx.com , the same of POP3 ) .

i have created a new notification , that must send a answer to the customer client ticket. the event its called but cannot send the message , i receive theses erros .

Hey Root , the both was empty , now i active and fill with : smileface@xxx.com.

i'll try again . one minute .
