When I create a new agent A, I set a lot of visualization settings: dashboard widgets, columns, ecc.
Than I create an agent B: is it possibile to copy all settings from A?

Not with OTRS features. But with proper SQL skills, you should be able to replicate the settings in the table user_preferences. Nothing I would recommend, but it is possible. Don't forget to delete the OTRS cache after replicate settings in this table and keep in mind that the new user should not be logged in.
