Hello,

my customer need a document proving the compliance of OTRS with ITIL.

Is there a document or a certification or maybe a recommendation from an ITIL organism proving it ?

even a sheet of paper and a pen can be compliant to ITIL...

There are some companies like PINK or Serview who do such kind of reviews and create certificates (for money)

OTRS 7 is certified by SERVIEW for different ITIL processes, the community edition is not

Additional information: according to the official SERVIEW website, OTRS 6.0.4 (Community Edition) is certified as well.
