in my system it shows the sender of each article. So it should be the same in yours.

But In AgentTicketZoom, in the article grid, I see Sender|Via|Subject|Created
The Agent is only in the detail shown if I click the article row.
My qustion is: it is possible to show the agent in article grid?

strange, I see in "sender" the agent name, if the agent added an article.

This is only in case your communication is an email.
If the communication is a "Phone outbound" or "note" you'll see nothing.

In my vanilla system notes are recorded like e-mails, only the phone entries not. Should be possible with some customization.
