Hello Everyone,
Im using OTRS 5 and trying some things with email module, so i have a website that some users access a form and after that, a email is send and create a new ticket in OTRS(this its working normally and configured) but everytime that this happens, OTRS doesnt get the email of the "client" and put automatically on ticket, he put a standard email that is the admin email.
My question is:
There is a way to do that automatically when user send form?

Hi,
You can use PostMaster Filters to find customer email in the email and set this email as a customer login
