I created a process and I want assign it to specific customer users, just like allocate customer users to service. I don't know how to set it, I hope to get help, thanks a lot!

So, you want that only specific customer users can start a specific process in the customer portal? Then you can use ACLs.
In this case the process with the id "Process-faeaa...." is only available for the customer user that has the login "ac":

It really did work well. But if the customer users' IDs are from AD, it will be very complicated to change it manually.
