Hey everyone,
I have a question, is it possible to set the Owner of a ticket automatically when the agent adds a note, without the agent having to select his name in the Owner update field?

Hi,
As long as the ticket is not already locked you could enable Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketNote###RequiredLock to get the agent set as owner and locking the ticket.
