I need to set up filtering of mail with tickets so that emails with a specific keyword in the subject are directed to a specific queue.
Let's say the keyword is "AGE". Therefore, topics should be caught, e.g. [AGE] example subject, AGE - example subject, subject AGE xxxxx, etc.
However, topics where AGE is part of a word should not be included, e.g. stAGE, messAGEs, etc.
I have now created a filter:
