Hi!
When I create a ticket with GenericTicketConnector-WebService (with Shell-Script) and then want to answer to the customer, customer always goes to "CC" and field "TO" (required-field) stays empty. When I create a ticket over Mail everything is working fine.
Is there a way to change this behaviour, customer should be added automatically to field "TO"?
I'm not sure but I think in OTRS Version 5 it was working.
Any advice?
