Hi team, I see the error "Invalid FormID!" flooding my otrs 5.0.42.
I guess this came up after installing a package but I do not know how to find the the answer
How to troubleshoot this, since OTRS is not giving me a starting point.
Cheers..

Hi,
Maybe the name and version of the package might give a hint. A I would guess that you webserver's error log contains a stack trace which might point you in the right direction.

Hi Roy,
I do not know which package it was. I therefore deleted some but the issue did not disappear.
I will check the logs.
THanks for your input.
Cheers,
CBG

Re: Invalid FormID!
A quick grep of the apache error log revealed, that the otrs is unable to get to this address:
Can't perform GET on https://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/misc/pack ... sitory.xml: 500 Can't connect to ftp.otrs.org:443
It really is offline, when pasting the link into the browser.
mhm?
Cheers

Re: Invalid FormID!
Check the apache error log. There you should find a stacktrace that could help to find the cause.
