Project creation in OTRS

Project creation in OTRS
Hi We have installed and configured the OTRS 6.0.30 version in our system. But I am unable to get the option "project wise". We have the structure based on project wise. How can we make the OTRS as project wise and projects as private and public projects. Here intention of this is like projects can be viewed to specific people. Once the Agent logged in then only the user can view the projects. Is there any option with the above setup in OTRS. Please kindly help me on this topic. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I don't know Project wise and this sounds not as a technical problem which can be solved here. I recommend checking the marketplace for professional support. And updating your OTRS 6.0.30 to Znuny LTS 6.0.34 since there is a severe security issue.

You can limit access to ticket by Queues.
