Hello,

I have the following available:
When the agent closes the ticket, the ticket creator should receive an email
with an evaluation function. Is this possible in OTRS or an OTRS plugin?

Hi Maurizio,

You can setup email notification with some buttons, like this. And setup postmaster filters to store customer feedback resultin dynamic field.

Hi,

Evaluation like services rating (E.g: good/average/poor) ?
Do check the Survey module for this via Package Manager
