Change Responsible Feature not visible

Hi,

Although the setting "Ticket::Responsible" is activated I can't change responsible on a ticket? Any idea why?

Not working since upgrade from Version 5 to 6.

Hi Roy,

When I click on Person it shows Owner and Customer, but not Responsible.

Hello Daniel,

Fields like these have to be configured in every screen you want them to appear. Check the setting "Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketOwner###Responsible" to enable the responsible field in AgentTicketOwner.

1. Did you perform scripts/DBUpdate-to-6.pl during upgrade ?

2. Try clear cache from otrs.Console.pl

3. Check System Configuration for the Responsible toolbar. Perhaps accidentally disable ?

4. Also check ACL

Hi,

Thanks for you help!
"Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketOwner###Responsible" was disabled. Now I see a Responsible-field when I click on Person -> Owner.
