Anyone knows what happened with addons from Znuny ?
I mean that i don't see (for example)
- Znuny4OTRS-EscalationSuspend
- Znuny4OTRS-CTI
in PacketManager.

Next question is what will happend with ITSM bundle. I thought it should be bundled with 6.1.2 but there's nothing.

Hi,

The bundle is coming, it is just a convenience package. In the meantime: install the packages one by one, nothing else is done by the bundle.
All other packages will be ported to the new version whenever we have free resources, but we have to keep it balanced with all other tasks.

Thank you!

I didn't know that there were packages with itsm.
If anybody is looking for it, it's on:
https://download.znuny.org/releases/itsm/latest/

Second question - TimeAccounting module.
Do you plan to support it as well?

If anyone was interested about Time Accounting i've asked Znuny, as Roy hinted, and here is an answer:
"..we don't plan to update the TimeAccounting package to 6.1 any time soon.
The module is in deep need for a rewrite and due to the lack of active users for this module we dont have it on the prio list at the moment."
