No crontab

Post by RoyK »

Hi all

I just upgraded to otrs 6.0.30 from 5.something and now to znuny 6.0.37. I've done this before, but after other issues, I've been kept up. Now, all up and running, I run

Code: Select all

# su - otrs
otrs@otrs02:~$ ./bin/Cron.sh start
(using /opt/otrs) done
otrs@otrs02:~$ crontab -l
otrs@otrs02:~$
erm - shouldn't be a crontab there?

Hi,

Have you executed scripts/DBUpdate-to-6.pl as Znuny/OTRS user?

- Roy
Znuny and Znuny LTS running on CentOS / RHEL / Debian / SLES / MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle / OpenLDAP / Active Directory / SSO

Use a test system - always.

Hi,

Sometime reading the manual helps: https://doc.znuny.org/doc/manual/admin/ ... ating.html

Step 4: "..Please also run this script in case of patch level updates. "
