I've got an OTRS installation using version 6.0.17
I'd like to reach the latest Znuny 6.0.x
May I upgrade directly or do I need to upgrade first to 6.0.30 ? (the latest OTRS release of Community)

You can go straight to the latest Znuny LTS 6.0.x
Technically it's nothing else than perform a patchlevel update to 6.0.30
