Hello,
I am on OTRS Version 6. I would like to make it mandatory to select a type when creating a Ticket. Right now there is no field forType being displayed on AgentTicketPhone and AgentticketMail.
What do I have to change for this field to be displayed?

Usually it's sufficient to enable the system configuration Ticket::Type
