we have a (very) old OTRS + KIX
where we can add a"Note" to a ticket
is there somthing equivalent in newer OTRS Versions
it should be always displayed in the Ticket Detail View (right side)
ticket notes (like KIX)

No, not directly. Maybe a process with as text area would be the way to go.
It's not as quick to add note. My question is why would you want to not add just normal audit-proof notes. You can mark some as important, if neccessary.
