Dear all
Looking to expand the use of FAQ and Report to other departments of the company, such as Human Resources, Finance, etc. The assistant of each
department can create knowledge base entries or reports with separate permissions instead of the permissions that are now shared. Based on the
current system capabilities, is there any way you can achieve this?

Create a group for each category.
Each author needs RW in the group.
Each non-author needs RO in the group.
This will allow you to separate categories and allow only certain users to create articles.
