Process Management - Custom Actions

Post by griff6r »

I'm looking at spinning off a work order when a new VM is added to CMDB (I've created physical and virtual server in the ConfigItem Class). I've been searching around for a way to create custom actions based on configuration items events as none of the out-of-the-box actions are tied to CI.
Would this be possible?

Using 6.3/CentoOS 8.6/MariaDB 10.

Hi,

Do you really want to use the change management or is it the process management? With the next version (6.4) we plan to add a component where you can invoke a web service. This can be utilized to create a new ticket.
