Hello all,
I can't see the forest for the trees at the moment.
Quite simply, an unknown customer opens a ticket by mail. He should receive a mail notification that a ticket has been opened.
How do I get Znuny to send a notification to unknown mail addresses?
Agents and registered customers is no problem.
Can anyone help?

I have been trying this all along with ticket notification. With the auto-responses it works.
A small hint is enough to get everything going again.

It would also work wit ticket notifications, just use Customer use of the ticket in the recipient section. But you asked for sth. else.

it was about foreign mail addresses. In ticket notification I only have the possibility to send a reply to agents and registered customers. Not to strangers who open a ticket via mail. I tried this with a private mail address, no reply came.
