serial letters / mass mailings

Hey Everyone,

I was wondering if there is any way to create a serial letter / mass mailing with znuny.

I would like to put the recipient's name and e-Mail address into a csv/xlsx file. Then I would like to tell znuny where to find the name and e-Mail address.
Then it would be great if the program could put name and e-Mail address automatically into the E-Mails.

Maybe someone can point me into the right direction, or even tell me if this is possible at all.

Yes you can load user data into database table and attach it to znuny as Customer User Backend.
The documentation is here:

It is possible to send automatic email to every backend record, but you have to develop your own module and probably create ticket for every record in backend and sending email using GIArticleSend. Such module can be next attached to Generic Agent for execution.
