Hi there.
I recently configured some Dynamic Fields to show up in the search result overview, using Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketSearch###DynamicField and in the normal view, this works well. I don't see a way to organized the columns, but that's no biggie.
Our primary ServiceDesk attendant noticed that if you change the output from Normal to Excel/PDF/... these fields no longer tag along. At least not in 6.0.45. This seems like a bug/oversight? Is there some way to get them to show up in these other outputs/views?

Thank you! I somewhow missed that setting. It solved it for CSV and Excel. PDF still seems to have no option for extra fields, but it's not that important to us. Thank you again!
