Hi,

if a new mail arrives, i want znuny to create a new ticket when the ticket number from the subject has been removed. Is this posssible?

Hi,

yes...the identification is done by "reference" or "attachment" in this case.
You can disable the FollowUp Filter for "Reference", which is enabled by default.
