Hello,
we migrate from OTRS to Znuny with a new DB Server (Maria DB)
When a user execute an existing report she got now a timeout
(Gateway Timeout“ „The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.)
Where can I increase the timeout of the maria db server?
Thanks!

Re: Gateway Time Out
Hi,
It is probably the timeout of the web server. I recommend running long reports via cron/command line.

Re: Gateway Time Out
Hi,
the timeout is the script timeout of the Apache (webserver) not the database.
You can increase it by modifying the "TimeOut" directive in the webserver config.
