Dear Znuny Community,
I operate a Znuny ticket system in my IT environment and would like to add additional selection fields,
such as a dropdown menu, to the 'New Ticket' creation form. To make selection easier, I would like to
populate the dropdown menu with predefined values.

Create a dynamic field drop-down with the required values and assign it to the ticket create screen to have it visible.
