In Znuny 6x I was used to classifying the tickets with an order of fields, due to this I have configured the ACLs in such a way that depending on the type chosen, some specific services can be selected
1.- Type
2.-Service
3.-SLA
4.-ITSMimpact
5.-Priority

In Znuny 7 the form is shown in a separate item, First Service, Then Team Data and Finally The Ticket Data.
This generates confusion since the Agent is used to first selecting the Type and then the service....
He tried to find a way for Ticket Data to appear at the beginning of the form, but he could not find the correct configuration.

I would like to be able to change the order in which the fields are displayed, as shown in image 1-2-3
