Good morning,
I have recently migrate our Znuny 6.5 to Znuny 7 and I have an issue with the Customer page, once you select a ticket to display the details, the articles on the ticket doesn't show the content, so the user is not suere what is happening.
Please see the attached image.

Hi,

There is a known error regarding closed tickets that is fixed in the latest version 7.0.11.

Good morning,
I have upgraded to the 7.0.11 version and the issue persists, any idea on how to show the message body?
